Our Process

Our goal at Briteways Painting & Decorating is to go above and beyond your expectations – to become the best painter in Brisbane.  We want you to know that customer satisfaction is our number one focus.  It is no coincidence that the bulk of our work comes from the recommendations of exisiting customers (the Briteways Family!). There is no better feeling than showing up on a new client’s doorstep as a result of a referral – What a great reward!

We mean what we say, and here is how we do it –

  1. You let us know that you are interested in a quote
  2. Marc, our friendly Master Painter, will visit your property and discuss with you what needs to happen
  3. A competitive and realistic quotation will be emailed to you within 24 hours
  4. After acceptance of our quote, the work will begin on the allocated date
  5. Marc and the boys will work professionally, courteously and meticulously until the job is completed (protective covering will be used at all times on your furniture and floors)
  6. Upon completion, the property will be cleaned of any excess paint or materials
  7. Marc will perform a ‘walk around’ with you to ensure the work is to your satisfaction
  8. Payment is made and feedback is given
